15 Day Return Policy

We have been selling diamonds for over 20 years and take our work very seriously. If you are dissatisfied with your diamond for any reason, simply call us within 15 days from the date of delivery and we will happily exchange your diamond or refund your money, no questions asked. You will be refunded the full purchase amount less any shipping charges.

**Please note, purchases made in store in West Hempstead, NY and not on-line are subject to in-store return policy.

15 Day return policy on engagement rings

All ContempoJewelers.com Engagement Rings are returnable for a Full Refund within 15 days of purchase.

You will be refunded the full purchase amount less any shipping charges.

Designer Engagement Rings & Designer wedding bands are custom made items (custom orders) and are not eligible to return.

“Designer” is considered any item that we sell made by Goldman, ArtCarved, Gabriel & Co and Triton.

**Custom orders may only be canceled within 48 hours from the time the order is placed. After 48 hours the deposit/payment towards your order is non-refundable.

**Layaway purchases may only be returned 30 days from the date the item is finished in production, and a maximum of 60 days from the purchase date.

How do I make an exchange?

Simpy call customer service at 1-516-483-1900 to obtain an RA# (Return Authorization #). Please securely pack and seal the return merchandise.

Where do I send my return or exchange?

Please remember to call first to obtain an RA# for your return or exchange. Packages sent to us for return or exchange without an RA# visible on the outside of the box will be refused. Please send your return or exchange to:

Be sure to include the original diamond certificate (GIA or AGS) for any diamond purchase. A fee of $75 will be applied for any diamond returned without it’s original certificate.

Please note that 2-day orders placed after 3:00PM (EST) Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive 2 business days after shipping. Saturday, Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. A signature will be required for all shipments.
